FLORA Rebate Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • Offer valid only for in-store purchases of FLORA brand products.

    • Purchases must total at least $40 (excluding tax) in a single transaction.

    • Online purchases from drinkflora.com or any other website are not eligible for this rebate.

  2. Submission Requirements:

    • Clearly legible store receipt dated within the promotional period must be provided.

    • Receipt must show store name, purchase date, FLORA products purchased, and total purchase amount.

    • Multiple receipts cannot be combined to meet the minimum purchase requirement.

  3. Redemption Process:

    • Complete the official rebate form fully and accurately.

    • Submit the completed rebate form along with the original receipt either online via designated submission portal or by mail to the address provided on the rebate form.

  4. Rebate Amount:

    • Eligible submissions will receive a $5 rebate.

    • Rebates will be issued in the form of a prepaid card or digital payment as specified by FLORA.

  5. Promotional Period:

    • Purchases must be made within the promotional period as indicated on the rebate form or promotional materials.

  6. Limitations:

    • Limit of one rebate per household or address.

    • FLORA reserves the right to reject any rebate submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not meet stated requirements.

  7. Fulfillment:

    • Allow up to 6-8 weeks from submission for rebate processing and fulfillment.

  8. General Conditions:

    • FLORA reserves the right to modify or discontinue this rebate offer at any time.
