For one I didn’t have a subscription with your company, and I would have never re-ordered that passionfruit margarita it was absolutely undrinkable when I received my package. Two of the cans were so thin they broke in transit. I love your product not the margaritas, but the FLORE I BUY IT ALL THE TIME FROM SPECS $30 CHEAPER THAN YOU’RE ONLINE STORE AFTER I CANCELED WHATEVER SUBSCRIPTION YOU HAD ME SIGNED UP FOR YOU STILL SENT THE PRODUCT NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND THAT’S $40 for a product I didn’t enjoy I gave away Make that make sense and if someone could please check the account make sure my credit card has been taken off of that account and make sure you never send me another re-order. Love it in social settings. The margaritas were too sour and two cans were damaged.
The drink itself is tasty and provides a nice light buzz similar to a small glass of wine. I would give a higher rating but I have not had a pleasant buying experience. I placed an order for 24 cans on 14 July and received six on 19 July. I contacted Flora on 19 July about the missing 18 cans and was assured a second shipment would be sent out. since then, I have received no updates on the remaining shipment despite sending follow up emails on 22 July and 27 July.
You have improved your distribution direct to consumers with Fed ex. Delivery is reliable. Good job on improving! Great product … distribution has been problem in the past.

I love everything with a passion fruit flavor profile. They are really tasty. If you have a higher tolerance, may have to drink two. So I’d order a few of the four packs. The effects kick in about a couple of hours later! Def buying more.
