Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that are in their original, sealed condition and are returned within 7 days of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

  • Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted for unopened and sealed items. Returns will also be accepted for items found to be defective upon receipt.

  • Return Label: We do not provide prepaid return labels except in cases where required by third-party policies.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Adjustments to Orders

All orders are shipped from a 3rd party warehouse. As such our ability to make adjustments to orders once they are placed is extremely limited. Please confirm your order carefully before placing it. It is unlikely that we will be able to make any adjustments to your order once it is placed (although we will always do our best to accommodate). 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Customers may return eligible items per our return guidelines and place a new order.

Product Availability for Retail Customers

Certain products, including but not limited to bulk cases, are available exclusively to wholesale customers and are not available for retail purchase.
