Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.
Shipping Options and Fees
- Free Shipping: Orders totaling $100 or more, and after any discount code is applied, qualify for complimentary shipping within the continental United States via UPS, OnTrac, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or DHL. Occasionally other carriers may be used.Â
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated based on the weights, dimensions, and destination zone of the shipment. Orders with standard shipping ship with UPS, OnTrac, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or DHL. Occasionally other carriers may be used.
- 2 Day Express and Overnight Shipping:Â Orders placed before our cut-off time will be picked, labeled, and shipped on that day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following day. See details about our cut-off times below for more info. Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Occasionally other carriers may be used.
- FedEx Ground: For areas where USPS will not deliver, we offer FedEx Ground shipping. Aside from this option, we are unable to honor requests for a specific carrier.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be picked and labeled the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be picked and labeled on the following business day.
- Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Once an order is picked and labeled, please allow 24 hours for the order to ship.
Adjustments to Orders
All orders are shipped from a 3rd party warehouse. As such our ability to make adjustments to orders once they are placed is extremely limited. Please confirm your order carefully before placing it. It is unlikely that we will be able to make any adjustments to your order once it is placed (although we will always do our best to accommodate).
Lost Packages
If the tracking on your package does not update for 15 consecutive days, you may report the package as lost. Please note that this is the policy from the carrier. The length of time is intended to give them time to search for the package. Many times the carrier is able to locate and successfully deliver a package in that time frame. However, if at the end of the 15 day holding period the tracking still has not updated, please reach out to us at orders@drinkflora.com and we will get you started with filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is limited to addresses within the United States.
